Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We currently ship orders to customers within Canada only, and we are planning to offer shipping to the United States in the near future. All orders are shipped to our customers by Expedited Parcel via Canada Post.

How Much Do You Charge for Shipping?

We charge a flat rate of just $9.99 for orders that only include clothing items, or $14.99 for orders that include a bag, handbag, blazer, coat, or jacket (these bulkier, heavier items cost more to ship).

When Will I Receive My Order?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order, and tracking information will be sent to you once we have processed your order. We will contact you by e-mail if we anticipate that the shipping of your order will be delayed beyond that timeframe.

According to Canada Post, the Delivery Standard for shipments sent by Expedited Parcel is 1 to 7 days for major urban centres, up to 11 days for non-major urban centres, and up to 13 days for northern regions and remote centres.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

All purchases are final sale, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We work hard to review each new item and disclose known issues (if applicable) on our product listings, but if an unexpected defect is found, please contact us to discuss options.

How Do You Categorize the Quality of Each Item?

Each product listing includes a description of the preloved condition for that item, selected from one of following three categories:

Excellent: Used, with no noticeable flaws.

Very Good: Used, with very minor signs of wear.

Good: Well loved, with visible signs of wear that do not detract from the item.

Do You Charge GST, HST, or PST?

As a newer small business we are currently exempt from charging GST, HST, and PST on most orders. These taxes will automatically be applied to orders in the future as our business grows.
